Shirley Johnson has a passion and commitment to help build personal wealth through real estate investing. Shirley is a multi-generational real estate investor, growing up around family members that shared the values of real estate investing for long term wealth. As an investor of more than 35 years, Shirley understands the need to control costs to landlords, while at the same time protecting liability exposure. Shirley also realizes a key element of protecting the landlord’s investment is providing quality service to the tenant. Maintaining long term tenants works in the landlord’s favor!

Shirley brings expertise and knowledge to her job as a real estate agent with 3G Properties Group. She has been recognized as 'Top Closed Agent in February 2013', was a top 20% producing agent in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in 2012 and 2013. Shirley regularly teaches Leasing Classes to agents in her office. Shirley is a Texas Certified Leasing and Property Manager (TCLS and TCLPM) and an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Most recently, Shirley received her RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation, which only a small number of NARPM members hold. In 2015, Shirley will sit on the Dallas NARPM Board of Directors as the Treasurer. Shirley is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, which is a select group of REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+.

Being an owner of investment properties herself, Shirley knows what owners are looking for in a property management company. She continually attends classes locally, regionally and nationally to stay abreast of new laws and codes to ensure she is protecting her owner investments.

Sarah Bordelon is a licensed REALTOR in the state of Texas and has been with 3G Properties for over 14 years. Sarah brings to her position an extensive knowledge of marketing and design, as well as more than 14 years experience in real estate advertising, investing and sales.

Sarah spent her early career in design, living in the heart of New York City and working with high level design companies. Later moving back home to be close to family she joined the Real Estate Industry, focusing on Real Estate Sales, Investing and Marketing. A former business owner, she understands the importance of accuracy and efficiency when working with customer accounts, as well as knowing the value of excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Sarah is committed to excellent customer service for both our OWNERS and TENANTS. Bringing attention to detail on owner and tenant accounts as well as the marketing of owner investments, Sarah is a great asset to our team. Her ongoing projects with 3G Properties Group is the design and implementation of streamlined systems, bringing technology to the forefront to make your experience with 3G Properties Group a memorable and profitable one for years to come!

Sashana Hamilton is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of expertise in customer service, administrative support, and human resource management. Her career journey has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge, particularly in delivering value to customers, training and coaching employees, creating processes, and efficiently managing projects.

Born in the Caribbean on the beautiful island of Jamaica, Sashana naturally enjoys the outdoors, spending time at the beach, and listening to some good reggae music. She is also a devoted mother to two boys who serve as her daily motivation to excel. With a deep passion for enhancing service levels in the real estate and property management industry, Sashana is dedicated to making the needs of your property and tenants her top priority. She is always ready and enthusiastic to assist you with all your property management needs, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction.

Lilian serves as our Project Manager at 3G Properties Group and has been an invaluable part of our team for the past 4 years. Her dedication to growth is evident, as she consistently strives to enhance her skills each year. Her excellent customer service abilities and attention to detail have led to her increased responsibilities.

Outside of work, Lilian is deeply committed to her community through volunteering, enjoys peaceful morning walks by the beach, and cherishes spending quality time with her children. She also loves to travel and visit friends and family whenever possible. As the family cook, Lilian takes pride in showcasing her culinary talents.

Known for her positive attitude and ability to brighten everyone’s day, Lilian has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and concierge-level service. With over 15 years of experience in customer service, we are proud to have her as a key member of our team and are excited to see her continue to grow with us!

Javier Flores has been in the customer service industry since 2008 with a focus in real estate and property management. He is fluent in both Spanish and English and continuously works on improving skills and is always eager to assist the team whenever needed. During his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities with friends and family, has a passion for music, and enjoys traveling around the world to explore different cultures and cuisines.

Over the past few years, Javier has gained valuable experience that has equipped him with the ability to apply critical thinking which is most valuable in his position with 3G Properties. He is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality service to both our homeowners and tenants.

Christian is our Tenant Relations Specialist with over 12 years of customer service experience. He has worked for both national and international companies, ranging from airlines to technology. His diverse background makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Passionate about helping clients, Christian is always eager to coordinate solutions with other departments. He strives to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong relationships. His commitment to excellent service is at the heart of his work at 3G Properties.

With his extensive experience, Christian is highly focused on becoming part of the solution. He is dedicated to ensuring timely and effective responses, creating win-win situations for both clients and the company.

Cristina has been a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator for six years, bringing expertise in property management, customer service, and efficient maintenance coordination. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth property operations. Her efficiency and dedication make her an invaluable team member in her administrative role, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Born in the Philippines, Cristina takes pride in her heritage and embodies the values of resilience, hard work, and community. She finds joy in cooking traditional Filipino dishes, exploring new flavors, and unwinding with real-life documentaries and K-dramas that delve into human experiences and diverse cultures.

Beyond her career, Cristina is a devoted mother and a loving fur mom to her cats, cherishing the warmth they bring to her home. Passionate about helping others, she strives to create a harmonious living environment for tenants while supporting property owners in managing their investments with care and efficiency.

Angela's professional experience is mainly in Production and Operations, with over 10 combined years as an Operations Manager in both the fine jewelry and staffing industries.

In her free time, Angela enjoys being social and spending quality time with her friends and family, as well as raising her daughter. She also loves to paint, draw, and bake (when there's time)!

Now working as the Business Development Manager, Angela holds a unique understanding of both sides of what helps a business run - sales and operations! Working with people, and more importantly helping them reach their goals, has always been a passion point for her.
