Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.

Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. These kinds of oversights can, and often do, lead to increased expense and liability for property owners. We pride ourselves on the attention we pay to details, which sets us apart.

Shirley Johnson Owner & Founder

Shirley Johnson has a passion and commitment to help build personal wealth through real estate investing. Shirley is a multi-generational real estate investor, growing up around family members that shared the values of real estate investing for long term wealth. As an investor of more than 35 years, Shirley understands the need to control costs to landlords, while at the same time protecting liability exposure. Shirley also realizes a key element of protecting the landlord’s investment is providing quality service to the tenant. Maintaining long term tenants works in the landlord’s favor!

Shirley brings expertise and knowledge to her job as a real estate agent with 3G Properties Group. She has been recognized as 'Top Closed Agent in February 2013', was a top 20% producing agent in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in 2012 and 2013. Shirley regularly teaches Leasing Classes to agents in her office. Shirley is a Texas Certified Leasing and Property Manager (TCLS and TCLPM) and an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Most recently, Shirley received her RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation, which only a small number of NARPM members hold. In 2015, Shirley will sit on the Dallas NARPM Board of Directors as the Treasurer. Shirley is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, which is a select group of REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+.

Being an owner of investment properties herself, Shirley knows what owners are looking for in a property management company. She continually attends classes locally, regionally and nationally to stay abreast of new laws and codes to ensure she is protecting her owner investments.

Sarah Bordelon Chief Operating Officer

Sarah Bordelon is a licensed REALTOR in the state of Texas and has been with 3G Properties for over 14 years. Sarah brings to her position an extensive knowledge of marketing and design, as well as more than 14 years experience in real estate advertising, investing and sales.

Sarah spent her early career in design, living in the heart of New York City and working with high level design companies. Later moving back home to be close to family she joined the Real Estate Industry, focusing on Real Estate Sales, Investing and Marketing. A former business owner, she understands the importance of accuracy and efficiency when working with customer accounts, as well as knowing the value of excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Sarah is committed to excellent customer service for both our OWNERS and TENANTS. Bringing attention to detail on owner and tenant accounts as well as the marketing of owner investments, Sarah is a great asset to our team. Her ongoing projects with 3G Properties Group is the design and implementation of streamlined systems, bringing technology to the forefront to make your experience with 3G Properties Group a memorable and profitable one for years to come!
